Traceability
A batch number that survives the whole chain
The batch you received against a GRN is the batch on the sales order, the proforma, the tax invoice and the delivery challan. When a customer asks which lot they were sent, the answer is one search, not an afternoon in a file room.
Field salesCheck-in only within 100 metres
Visits are planned in advance and checked in from the mobile app inside a 100-metre geofence. A supervisor verifies the visit and the location log shows how the day actually moved, which ends most claim-versus-record arguments.
QualityA manufacturing order that will not close until QC passes
QC parameters are attached to the operation and to the order. Instruments have calibration plans, retained samples are held against the batch, and a failure opens a nonconformance with a corrective action and an owner.
