Catalogue and menu

A catalogue and a menu you can share as a link

One source for what you sell and what it costs, shared without another design job.

In short

Unnati turns your item master into a catalogue you can share as a public link or a PDF, and your POS menu into a page a guest can open on a phone. Both are built from live data, so a price change or a new variant updates the shared page instead of another WhatsApp file going round.

How it works

One item master, published

A price list that lives in a PDF is out of date the day a rate moves, and the old copies keep circulating. A published catalogue is a view of the master instead of a copy of it.

What happensDescription, specification, image, HSN and unit of measure are written once on the item. What it carries inSet once. The catalogue, the quotation and the invoice all read it.
And all of this is already true
A rate change propagates by itselfChange the price list, and every dealer holding the link sees it on their next open.
What the buyer saw is what the invoice saysThe catalogue, the quotation and the invoice read the same price list.
Discontinued items disappearStop selling a pack and it stops being published, which a PDF cannot do.
A restaurant menu is the same mechanismThe till, the kitchen display and the QR menu share one configuration.

  1. The catalogue your sales team already asks for

A dealer wants a rate list, a buyer wants specifications, and the field team wants something to send from the road at four in the afternoon.

  2. A menu a guest can open on a phone

The POS menu can be published as a public page, so a restaurant table can carry a printed code instead of a laminated card that is out of date the day a price changes.

  3. Prices that live in one place

Because the catalogue and the menu read from item pricing, price lists and variant management, a change is made once.

Questions

Product Catalog and Menu: what buyers ask

It is a shareable link intended for customers and dealers, so treat it as public and publish only what you are happy for anyone to see. Which items and which rates appear is your choice, so a dealer price list and a general catalogue can be kept apart.
