Our story

We build Unnati in Ahmedabad, for businesses like the ones around us

Aavishkruti is a software company in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Unnati is our product: a cloud ERP for Indian SMEs running inventory, sales, purchase, GST accounting, HR and payroll, production and quality, CRM and field sales, POS and projects in one platform, on web, desktop and mobile.

15modules built and shipping
200+interactive Academy lessons

Why we started

A business should be able to answer a simple question at four in the afternoon.

Walk into a small factory or a distribution office anywhere in Gujarat and you find the same picture: accounts in one package, stock in a spreadsheet, the shop floor on a job card, the field team on WhatsApp, and payroll in a file only one person understands.

Everyone in that building is working hard, and the business still cannot say what the true stock is, what was actually made today, or who owes money. The answer arrives at month end, when it is a report rather than a decision.

We built Unnati to close that gap — not a foreign ERP with Indian fields added, and not an accounting package with modules bolted around it, but one platform where the sales order, the manufacturing order, the quality check, the challan, the invoice and the ledger entry are the same chain of records.

How we build

Six habits that show up in the product

You can see each of these in the software itself, which is the only place a value is worth anything.

Training is part of the productOver 200 Academy lessons simulate the real screens. We build the lesson at the same time as the screen, because a feature nobody can be taught is a feature nobody uses.
Every change leaves a traceThe backend writes a hash-chained audit log, each entry linked to the one before it — a deliberate cost we carry so a disputed rate is settled with a record rather than an argument.
Built against real Indian paperworkQuotation, sales order, proforma, tax invoice with IRN, e-way bill, challan, GRN. We did not adapt a foreign template and rename the fields.
Demo data is always inventedEvery company, person, item code and figure in our demonstrations and lessons is fictional. No customer appears in a screenshot without written permission.
We publish what is missingOur product pages carry a roadmap note saying what Unnati does not do yet. It costs us some enquiries and saves everybody an argument in month six.
You reach the people who build itSupport is answered by people who work on the product, not by a call centre reading a script written by somebody else.
Our journey

From a consultancy to a product company

Six years, and the product is the last five of them.

  1. 2021

    Founded in Ahmedabad

Started as a CRM consultancy with a small founding team and a handful of early clients, building custom integrations from day one.

  2. 2022

    Into custom software

Added a full-stack engineering team to take on custom web and app work alongside the CRM practice, and onboarded the first international client.

  3. 2023

    Wider client base

Crossed thirty active clients across India, the UK and Australia, and began taking on automation projects as demand grew.

  4. 2024

    Beyond services

Decided to build a product of our own and began development on Unnati — a full ERP for growing Indian businesses — alongside client delivery.

  5. 2025

    Unnati in active development

HRMS, CRM, inventory, sales, POS, production and accounting built from the ground up, with the team scaled to support both product and client work.

  6. 2026

    Fifteen modules shipping

Unnati runs on web, desktop and mobile, with Academy lessons for every module and a roadmap published on the product pages.

The team

Who you will actually deal with

Four groups, and you will meet three of them in your first month.

Product and engineeringThe people who design and build the modules. They write the Academy lesson for a screen as they build it.
Implementation and onboardingA named contact through go-live who knows your setup, your masters and your opening balances.
SupportIndian business hours, Monday to Saturday, answered by people who work on the product.
Academy and documentationLessons and in-app documentation, updated with the release rather than maintained separately.
What we will not do

Our rules for this website

Five rules we hold ourselves to on every page of this site, including the ones that cost us enquiries.

  • We do not publish a customer name, logo, quotation or figure without written permission from that customer.
  • We do not claim a certification we do not hold, and we say so plainly on the security page.
  • We do not publish benchmarks against other products, and we do not test a competitor and print the result.
  • We do not invent a case study. If a page has no customer story on it, that is because we do not yet have one we are allowed to tell.
  • We answer "does it do X" with yes, no, or on the roadmap. Never with a demonstration that avoids the question.
Company details

Aavishkruti is the company. Unnati is the product.

Our full registered name, incorporation details, CIN and GSTIN appear on every invoice we raise, and we will send them on request before you place an order. We do not print them here until the company secretary has approved the exact wording for public use.

Aavishkruti is the name on your contract and your invoice. Support and onboarding are on the support page, pricing explains how the money works, and privacy and terms set out the legal position.
