Unnati is a cloud ERP for Indian pharmaceutical and chemical units that keeps the batch attached to every document, from goods receipt to delivery challan. Retained samples, calibration plans, nonconformance and corrective action live inside the system, and a manufacturing order cannot be completed while a quality check is open.

A regulated plant does not need more registers. It needs the batch number to survive every hand-off, and it needs to prove that a check was done, by whom, and against which instrument.
Unnati holds the batch on the document chain rather than in a spreadsheet beside it. When a batch is corrected on a sales order, the change propagates through the proforma invoice, sales invoice and delivery challan with an approve or reject step, and the hash-chained audit trail records who did what.

The batch number is retyped four times and breaks at least once.
Unnati carries the batch end to end across the sales document chain. An edit made upstream propagates to the sales order, proforma invoice, sales invoice and delivery challan through an approve or reject workflow, so nobody silently overwrites a dispatched batch.
For example: Crestline Pharma dispatches Demo Buffer Salt (DM-3101) from two batches on one order. Both batches appear on the challan and on the invoice, and a recall search finds every customer who received either one.
Quality evidence sits in a cupboard, not in the system.
QC parameters, instruments, SLAs, calibration plans and calibration events are records in the product. Retained samples are logged against the batch, and nonconformance raises a corrective action that has to be closed by a named person.
For example: A pH meter due for calibration shows on the calibration plan before it is used for release testing, and the event is stored with the batch it supported.
An order gets released while a test is still pending.
QC gates the manufacturing order. Operation QC and MO QC can block completion, so finished goods cannot move into sellable stock with a check outstanding. Quantities that fail go to rejected stock or QC stock, not to current stock.
For example: A run of Demo Reagent 1L (DM-1048) stays in QC stock until release, so the sales team never sees it as available to promise.
