Quality control that gates the manufacturing order
Quality that blocks the order rather than a file that explains why it should have.
Unnati defines QC parameters and the instruments that measure them, then applies them at the operation and at the manufacturing order. An order cannot be completed until its checks pass. Calibration plans and events keep instruments in date, retained samples are held against a batch, and nonconformance raises a corrective action with an owner.
A reading, a decision, and a corrective action with an owner
Quality only counts if a failure changes something. The chain below ends in a verified corrective action, and the product will not let the nonconformance close before it.
How it works in practice
The screens in order, and what happens as a record moves through them.
The gate is in the workflow, not in a folder
Most quality systems are a set of records kept beside the production system, which means a batch can leave the plant while the file is still incomplete.
Instruments that are in date, and provably so
A reading is only worth what the instrument is worth.
Nonconformance, corrective action and retained samples
A failed check opens a nonconformance carrying the batch, the parameter and the reading.
The modules this one talks to
Unnati is one database, so these are not integrations. They are the same records seen from another screen.
