What the app actually does

A working part of the platform rather than a viewer. It writes to the same records the web application does, under the same permissions.

Stock in your pocketCheck current stock, look up an item, see stock history and record movements from the godown floor rather than walking back to a desk.

Sales from the marketRaise a quotation or a sales order during a visit, against real stock and the customer’s own price list. The office sees it the moment it is saved.

Purchase on the moveRaise and review material requests and purchase orders while you are with a vendor, instead of collecting notes and typing them up next morning.

Production updatesSupervisors update a manufacturing order from the floor, so the planner is reading today’s position rather than yesterday’s.

GPS check-inCheck-in and check-out are accepted inside a 100 metre geofence around the customer location, which is what turns a visit report into a visit record.

Permissions and alertsEach person sees only what their role allows, exactly as on the web, and approvals and assignments arrive as push notifications.
